数明发布国内首款单通道兼容光耦带保护功能的IGBT/SiC隔离驱动器SLMi33x

<p><span lang="EN-US">SLMi33x</span><span>在<span lang="EN-US">IGBT</span>三相桥式的典型应用电路如图<span lang="EN-US">1</span>所示。正常工作时,<span lang="EN-US">Anode</span>和<span lang="EN-US">Cathode</span>接收控制器的控制信号,<span lang="EN-US">VOUT</span>输出驱动信号来驱动<span lang="EN-US">IGBT</span>的开通和关断。当发生短路保护时候,<span lang="EN-US">IGBT</span>的<span lang="EN-US">VCE</span>电压通过<span lang="EN-US">DESAT</span>检测,当<span lang="EN-US">DESAT</span>上的电压高于<span lang="EN-US">6.5V</span>或<span lang="EN-US">9.0V</span>时,即关掉<span lang="EN-US">VOUT</span>输出并传到控制端侧并拉低<span lang="EN-US">FAULT</span>。</span></p>
